Diagnose your situation

Before anything is fixed, it is good to know the list of things to fix, how they relate to each other, and their priority. We should also look for things that are going well so they can be maintained or expanded.

The scope of the diagnosis event will be defined with you at no charge. The diagnosis event itself could take one to three days depending on how many areas of the company are included.

If you prefer, you can just use me for this diagnostic service, and do everything else alone.

Develop an action plan

To spend time and money wisely, it is good to plan out the journey, so everyone knows what order the tasks come in, who is involved in each event, and what is outstanding.

This service typically takes one-half to two days depending on how many areas of the company are in scope.

Implement the plan

Not all companies have the time or skills to make changes. I will provide an estimate for the parts of the plan you want help on. Everything will be itemized so you can pick and choose.

Provide feedback on plan execution

If you decide to implement the plan alone, you might run into a situation where you are stuck or feel like progress is not fast enough.

You can request feedback along the way so you can course correct. Feedback can be obtained as-needed (when you are stuck), or at regular intervals to stay unstuck (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly).
